• We begin by inspecting your carpet to determine any special needs. It is important to understand the fiber and construction type we are dealing with in order to get the proper carpet cleaning method and to avoid problems. We will be glad to sit with you and explain how it should be cleaned properly to insure a long lasting carpet.
• We then begin the carpet cleaning process by pre-treating any trouble spots caused by spills, pets, etc. We have a number of techniques in dealing with pet problems and or stubborn spots.
• We then use a pre-spray to break down any soils in the carpet and then we begin the hot water extraction process to remove the soil. In this process we also rinse the carpet with an acid rinse. This provides two things. It brings the PH level of your carpet back to neutral which keeps the carpet from re-soiling fast making the carpet cleaning last longer. It also helps the carpet to dry faster.

Please note: We do move furniture at your request but we ask that you move breakables. Thank you.

• Our final step is to deodorize your carpet with an anti-microbial deodorizer that kills any bacteria and or mold, and it smells good too! We then groom your carpet with a brush helping to restore the carpet fibers. (Carpet protector is offered at an additional cost.)
